The new engine has revolutionised club activities since it was fitted. We have clocked up more dives over the last month than the rest of the year combined. The old engine was extremely unreliable. When you are trying to watch over divers in the water the last thing you need is an engine that wont start or that keep stalling. The club holds a wide range of members suitably qualified for coxing the boat and with renewed confidence in the engine reliability  we expect the sharp increase in club diving to continue well into the winter despite the water getting very chilly!
